Left to Right Configuration webtop

Hi all,

       when i am reading the differences b/w webtop 5 and webtop 6.I got  a point like

           " Webtop is now configurable with right to left and left to right direction.This direction is determined by user's local selection at login time"

                I am unable to understand the point can any one help me out please..

I think it means that it's now possible to read it from right to left if your locale requires it (Arabic,...)
