How do we do to return task from sub-process back to the previous user in core process?

Business users always require workflow to return task back to the previous user who operate and handle this task from the core process. From the original requirement and design this retunring will effect only in core process until today, business users want to return task from sub-process to the previous user in core process.

At this stag, I can handle to escalate to previous user in the same core process. And by theory, this task will return back to core process and user have to random get task which it is not respond to business requirement.

How do we handle to return task from sub process back to previous user in core process?

You could store the performer of the previous task in a process variable and then have a automatic activity that is called "on return".  This activity would set the performer of the next activity based on the value stored in the process variable.
