I am new to Forms-Builder.While creating a template i am getting an error like "Query failed:select r_object_id from dm_xfm_form where object_name=".
if anybody knows please reply.Please find the screen shot in the attachment.
Reinstall Forms builder docapp, clear the content server cache and restart repository.
