Can anyone tell me both OD Base & Receiver should be within the same network and Firewall or can Span across. May I know how to handel if I have a firewall between OD Base and Receiver.

Also may I know which protocal OD Base uses to communicate with Receivers to deploy the TeamSite files. Thanks a lot

In short - RTFM or take IWOV training.
In brief - yes you can deploy through firewalls - but the method for configuring depends on whether the firewalls do network address translastion (NAT) or not. and OD uses TCP/IP to communicate between Base and Receivers - the exact details of the protocol are Interwoven proprietary information.
