Help Link in CCSTD - 6.5

Hello

In Teamsite 6.5 CCSTD interface we need to update all help links to point to a custom html file. Is this possible?. If not, we atleast need to delete help links from all screens for now. I tried adding the following entry to ui_custom.xml file (followed by a make_toolkit) and that doesnt seem to work.

<iwov-delete>
<link id="_iw.ccstd.common.help_popup.link" />
</iwov-delete>

Any ideas?

I added it to the <globals> section in ui_custom.xml.. Am I missing something here?
