Thanks for your reply. You are right, need to launch the tagger 'OnGenerate' event handler. But I am not sure how to call the Metadata Capture UI. Any help would be appriciated. Thanks

I assume you are using TS 6.x:

/iw-cc/command/iw.ccpro.tag?vpath=/default/main/Path/to/Branch/And/WORKAREA/name/file.txt

Note: in the future, if you open the file menu and mouse over "tag" the url above is displayed. Also, vpath is normally the parameter used to specify files(s).
