Button created in form builder not active in taskspace

Hi all,

I've created my task form in form builder 6.5 and in this form , I've dragged and dropped an invoke button named "Renouveler" and an reject button named "Rejeter". I've also other buttons which are active (finish named "Valider" and delegate named "Déléguer"). The problem is that the button "Renouveler" is not active and the button "Rejecter" not visible in the task form in taskspace as you'll see in the attached picture.

May it be a problem of role? anything? Have someone any idea? Thanks

Hi!

1. To make visible button "Rejecter" (with button type Reject) you need to make some changes in your process template rather in the linked with this form task. You must connect the task with other task not only with usual connection flow. You must use also Reject Flow.

Go to Activity properties of the human task Activity-3, Transition tab and set choose second option - "Let performer select the next activites":

Pay attention at the options "If both reject and forward activities are selected". You can place at the form both buttons Forward (not Finish - I don't quite well remember now but it seems to me this button will not appear on the form in runtime) and Reject.

2. And regarding invoke button "Renouveler". Please tell about it more detailed: is it an taskspace action? if yes what type? and so on. If this is the taskspace action you can place it on any custom tab and check will appear it or not.

Regarding the invoke button "Renouveler", it calls the takspace action "Standard Edit". I don't know if this action will permit me to do what I want ...but I try with it. When I click on it, I want to be able to get directly the electronic form opened, to fill the form with new values and to save the form. Does the Taskspace action "Standard Edit" will permit me to do it?

I think for do it at first you must to route to this action a document. I think in this case the button will be enabled.

I don't sure will this action permit you to do it - unfortunately I can't try it now, may be later. You can check it:

create a custom Search or Folder tab (and assing it to a role)
place on that tab your action
in runtime find a document, select it and look if your action will work.
