Is it possible to configure webtop with a tabular view?

using DCTM 6.5 and WebTop (as a portal), can WebTop be configured to have tabs, similar to the SharePoint Product? This is a user requirement..

They also need a scrolling view of the most recent uploaded (checked in) documents that they have access to. is this a difficult task? Is there a best way to do this with WebTop?

You can show up items in tabular view with tabber component which avails in webtop

Using Frames , You can divide the screen into three sections

Title Bar section

Tabber Section

check out streamline view..... it can be enabled by editing the following setting in "app.xml"
