iwlistmod not recurisive?

I'm trying to create a list of all the files/directories/subdirectories the user is submitting.

The iwlistmod command line utility is supposed to return all modified files and directories. However, if I create a new directory and a new file in that new directory, iwlistmod only captures the directory itself, and nothing inside it. It also doesn't recurse into directories on deletion. Is anyone aware of this issue or a workaround?

One thing I could think of is to perform the recursion myself, but it's strange that I have to do this to get a complete list of modified files.

This is in TS 6.0 SP2.

This is the behavior of TeamSite. You'll see the same behavior in the ContentCenter UI, not just from the CLT. The semantics of a "new" directory imply that any files and subdirectories under it are also new and do not need to be individually enumerated as having been "modified".

Workaround, as you say, is to recurse into the directory yourself.
