Delete Form Template

Hi All,

How can we delete form template once deployed?  Is it enough if we delete the folder from \System\Forms\<my form>?

Are there any other objects we need to delete?

As johnny told, deleting relations do not confirm deleting form instances. 

If you are using Forms builder, there is an  option to delete form instances while deleting the form template.

Yes, this will delete the form template.  You might get some errors if there are form instances based on the template, but once you delete the form instances, you should be able to delete the template in the manner you suggested.

Even after deleting the files in the folder, there are many objects referencing the custom form.  I deleted the entries in relations table as well.  I am not sure whether we need to delete in any other location..

Deleting the dm_relation objects may not delete the form instances.  You might need to do this manually.
