We implemented DCTM 6.5 webtop, process Suite.
Is there a way for a superuser enabled in the webtop to post an announcement or alert to all users, notifiying, for example of a planned outage?
We thought perhaps a Quickflow to everyone, but that would probably bring our corp. email server to its knees.
It would be ok to have it just show up on the homepage for logged-in users, need not cause a mass mail merge.
Or would this be do-able in the System Admin console?
