How to have Teamsite automatically populate Microsoft document's properties?

Hello,

When we import Microsoft word document, all properties coming with this word document will automatically loaded when we do tagging, except Author filed. This only happens to Microsoft word document. Does anyone know how to work around it to have Author information also populated from tagging after the Microsoft word document is imported to Teamsite?
