object type field is empty while creating side cabinet

Hi All

I am not able to create site cabinet as the object type field is empty , I already tried reinstalling the wp dar.

What app are you using to create the site cabinet? Also, are you using a user acct that has the appropriate permissions (ie does the user have the appropriate role to do this)?
