form not showing after workflow start

Hi Experts,

I have attached form to package but I am unable to use my form in worflow when the worflow starts and move to other activity I have to select the form manually .

Also I have not checked the mandatory checkbox for form but it is showing mandatory for each activity.

Elaborate your problem with your steps/configuration to help you better.

In the template configuration , form template can be specified as a package ,in workflow instance a user needs to attach form (instance) for that specific form template.

I have attach form instance for that specific form template. When I start the workflow from DA I am not able to see the form and also I status moves to paused.

Are you using Webtop or Taskspace? I believe you are seeing this behavior b/c you are using Webtop. This is similar to having word document attached to the workflow. Workflow performer needs manually launch the app to display Word doc. If you want to form to display as part of th workflow activity, you should use Taskspace.

Yes I am using WebTop. but when I start the workflow using DA after finishing, the first status is paused instead of dormant then if I rerun then status changes to dormant and runs fine.

My concern is that form should have been displayed and when I run the workflow then the first status should be Dormant instead of Paused. As per log everything is working fine.

I dont understand your last post. In your original post, you said that the form doesnt open unless you manually tell it to open. My response was addressing that issue. Now you are talking about paused activity - this has nothing to do with your original post.
