I want to print the Repository objects (Documents) through webtop and print the target also.
Is it possible...! please tell me the customization procedure if psbl.

AFAIK - there is no OOTB functionality to do this. This is up to the native app (eg Word) to call the corresponding printer that is configured to work with the local computer that opens the Word doc.
