Content server does not Shutdown/Restart (DM_SESSION_E_CLIENT_AUTHENTICATION_FAILURE)

Please see the server log in the attachment.

We tried restarting the docbroker/docbase several times.

From other threads, i realised that this could be due to changing the Content Server host's IP address or name. We did not do either of these from my knowledge.

The agent exec is not starting along with the CS(See attachment). We tried manually starting it but it does not start.

Keywords from the server.log are given below, but please see the log(attachment) for full details:

DM_SERVER_I_IPV6_DISABLED (The server can not listen on IPV6 address because an IPv4 address is specified in the server.ini)

DM_SESSION_E_CLIENT_AUTHENTICATION_FAILURE, Failed to authenticate client

[FATAL ERROR] [AGENTEXEC 24801] Detected during progoram initialization: Command Failed:

Any help will be really appreciated.

Verify that the permissions on the $DM_HOME directory (and all sub-dir) are still owned by documentum install owner and that user still has FULL rights to the files/folders.
