Reg: Presets not working after re start

Hi All,

We have deployed presets in 6.5 environment. It is been deployed on a global repository which are scoped across specific docbases. When the global docbase is up and running the presets are running and fine. When we restarted the respective docbases and the global docbase we are not able to get the preset functionality.

please let us know if any one has faced the similar issue.

Strange. Presets are pulled from the global docbase by the client (eg Webtop). Restarting the "non-global" docbase should not have any affect on the deployment of the presets. Have you restarted the app servers?

Yes, we have restarted the app server as well. But still we are facing the problem.
