We had a functional instance of Records Manager (RMA) and were able to successfully declare documents as records. This was version 5.3 SP4. After we upgraded this to version 6.5 SP1, we are now unable to declare documents as record and receive following error while starting the process of declaring as formal record:
1) We select a document and select (Records -> Declare as formal record).
2) It asks us to select the file plan folder which we select from the browser.
3) In the next screen, it provides the selection box for record type (formal or regular record).
4) In the Form Template field it provides an error message: There are no templates associated to this record type. Please contact your administrator.
5) We can't continue further in declaring a formal record unless we resolve this issue.
How can we make sure that a form template is properly associated. This used to work fine earlier, before the upgrade. While upgrading to 6.5 SP1, we made sure that all Records Manager related DARs were properly installed. Please help.
This is a critical issue and any suggestion/help will be much appreciated. Thanks.
