How to use Preset to provide access to a menu item to a role?

I created a custom menu item in webtop. I like to filter this menu item by preset so only certain role/group can see this menu item.

I realised preset works by filtering out certain role/group.

Is there a way to use the Preset so that the role/group specified is the only role/group that can view the menu item, and everyone else can not view it?

Presets allow you to filter out actions. So as long as you menu item is tied to the action, you should be able to do this. Read Webtop User Guide for more details.
