Activity is rejected. using what attribute we can identify

HI all,

I am working on Process Builder we dont have any webtop to finish manual activity i am using DFS Service calls to finish the manual activity.

We had requirment is if activity is rejected one table should update otherwise some other table need to update through processbuilder. for aceptence and rejectence we had sevice calls. But in process builder i am using DECISION SPLIT activity for spliting the direction In that TRANSITION tab i selected the "SELECT NEXT ACTIVITY BASED ON THE CONDITION" i want to put conditon for that what attribute is required can any one plz help me out of this.

You can select any combination of package/process variables to use to check value against your criteria to determine where it should go.

thanks for ur reply Johnny gee , but the problem is we didnt get any information from package data and process data

we have two radio buttoms if we click one radio button one table should updated for second radio button other table should be update for this i planed to go like this

I created two DFS service -->one is for finishing and other service is for Reject

these two services will use for two radio buttons for updating the fields

coming to processbuilder in Decision Split activity -> Transition->Select Next activities based on the condition

i kept condition like this if dmi_workitem.r_runtime_stat=4 update one table(activity) else upate anothertable(activity)

is this is correct way r any other way please suggest me

Did you create a custom form for your radio buttons? If so, you should be able to map the form value to process variable and then use process variable in your condition for the decision branch activity.

In the front end we are using JDEVLOPER from their end they will call our DFS Service Calls i tried is any data is updates in any table but nothing i was found.

dipostion is compulsory for that we have manual activity they will do acept and reject only. i wont get any process data at time what can i do Jhonny

The crux of your question is how to capture the value of the radio button in your custom UI and have it be used by Process Builder. Here are several options:

1) Use DFS to write radio button value to process variable

2) Create custom attribute on your document/package and have DFS write to that - may be easier, if you dont have experience interacting with process variables. You can use the custom attribute in your decision branch.

3) Create registered table and use DFS to write the value and workflow id (look up key). Then in your process template, use database read activity query to get the value and store it in the process variable.

already object model is got fixed so i cant change. i am not able to create another table so i need to know how to use process varibles

I dont know how to work on process varibles

can you please guide how to work with process vairbles r atlest smilar kind post that will be great help full for me

I'm not familiar with what DFS methods are available to interact with Process Variables. I suggest you just search for the two keywords.
