This feature had been previously working but now it is disabled. I have not reinstalled presets yet. I have followed the esg92114 solution without success. Any suggestions?
Might be helpful if you describe what esg92114 told you to do.
This was resolved after I cleared the Tomcat cache and restarted Tomcat.
