How to unistall OD 6.0?

I tried to unistall OD 6.0 from the windows add/remove but it keeps reinstall instead of uninstalling...


Any idea?

-teamsite 6.5
-windows 2000 server
-opendeploy base 6.0

I seem to recall a similar issue back in the OD 5.6 days. Apparently, when installing OD on Windows systems, some temporary files would be created that should be cleaned up when the install is completed. If for some reason those files are not cleaned up, it confuses the uninstaller.

If you go to the directory pointed to by TEMP, see if you have subdirectories with names starting "pft*". If so, delete them. Then try uninstalling again.

If this doesn't help, please work with Tech Support to figure out what's wrong.
