Right Click of Document inside folder1 and folder2

1) Hi Friends

Ne New custom menu option File->“Create New Version” must be available to "Folder1" and "Folder2" . While Right Click the document inside "Folder1" and "Folder2" , Should have the menu option to " Create New Version " . Please give the Solution

Hi,

You can customise dm_sysobject_actions.xml (bring it to your custom layer) , and add custom action menu in context menu((this is for right click menu) :

Eg:

And in your action definition you can include a precondition and there you can check if inside folder1 and folder2 enable this action. Else disable it.

Then I want to create a Menu item for file-> Newitem , we want to create in menubar.jsp and menubar_component.xml file for adding a component ??
