SMTP help

Hi all ,

I want to send a mail to perticular users when the document is linked to specific folder i am able to send only one user how can i send to multiple users, group mail id is not applicable every time users will change for this any solution

Where are the users that are going to be notified going to be stored (eg custom attribute, registered table, etc)? The safest solution would be to create a TBO and extend doLink(). This way you have total control of how to query and send notification to appropriate users.

Hi all,

Problem is got resloved we dont have users in Documentum ContentServer, Every user information should be avilable in oracle tables

in oracle we appended the all mail ids with comma. so just i linked that varible to TO in smtp activity, now i can able to send the multiple users.

ye olde send a notifcation about a document to a user who does not have access to repository..... been a while since I heard this one....
