I try to enter the folder H:\Documentum\data\ xxxx\ content_storage_01\ 00003039\80\00 and I have access denied to all folders created there. thanks

The entire directory tree (including subfolders and documents) are owned ONLY by Documentum install owner. If you need access to documents, you should access them through Documentum DFC/DFS methods. Accessing them directory from the file system is NOT recommended b/c doing so, you are bypassing the security measures that Content Server enforces.
