May be this has been discussed in lot of threads, and i am still facing this issue for no reason.I tried both 6.6 and 6.5 sp2 edition but the result is same.
My Status :
1) I moved back to XP SP3 from Windows 7 Ultimate which faced the same issue hoping it will get resolved.
2) I degraded from Java 6 to Java 5 .
3) I have .net framework 4.0
4) Unistalled MXML Core Services using CleanUP Utility
5) No special characters in paths or password
6) XP is English Version
