changing tabs after workflow creation

Hi There,
I would like to make a customization to move to the workflow tab immediately after creating a new job.
Default is you remain in the Content Tab
Anyidea how to make this change.

This is for TS 6.5

What i understand from your query is that you want to move on to the workflow tab as soon as you click on New Job from the Action Menu.

The way what i think off ... is call the following link at the completion of your called file from New Job.

Still... for information, can you tell as what type of file you are calling from New Job? CGI/ Perl/ WFT?

I am calling a standard default wft file (Author Asiignment Workflow). So I should probably call the workflow link at the end of the first task in workflow creation
Should I pass any parameters to the link

You can only call WFT files (*.wft) from Action -> New Job menu item.

But after I call the wft file and fill up the information and hit Start Job , I want to move to a diffrent TAB (Workflow , My Open Tasks , so that I can see the job that I just created )

The WFT screen is displayed by the cgi script iwwft_instantiator.cgi and has a "iw_onsuccess_url" hidden field that has target url on successful job instatiation. So you need to update this hidden input field before the form gets posted. You can achive this using javascript in the CGI_Info directive.

I have not tested the above code myself.

If the above solutions does not work then try the below solution:
Solution outline: Write the wft with no required input parameters and use cgitask as the first task. CGI task can be used to gather the workflow specific parameters and use the done_page to display the workflow tab or job details of the instantiated workflow.
