Urgent : New Form Submission or Task Finish Error

Hi All,

I am getting error below when i am submitting a new form and finishing a task in taskspace. Earlier the application was working fine. But suddenly this error has started coming up.

ERROR [http-8080-5] org.chiba.xml.xforms.Container - keeping org.chiba.xml.xforms.exception.XFormsSubmitError for rethrowal

Please let me know the solution of the problem if somebody has come across the situation.
