Is SQL Server 2004 SP4 Supported?

Is SQL Server SP4 supported. The supported platforms document seems to only indicate SQL Server 2000 without a service pack revision. Does this mean that all SP levels are supported?

SQL Server 2000 SP4 is not certified, but I believe it would be supported -- meaning Tech Support would take your call.

BTW, what Supported Platforms document are you referencing? The latest I have, dated March 25, 2005, says "Microsoft SQL Server 2000 SP3", along with a footnote that says "Collation must be case-insensitive on Microsoft SQL Server 2000."
