error while attaching lifecycle to document

error while attaching lifecycle to document

Hi All,

I created lifecycle definition which is involved in 3 states

draft-->validate-->install

after installation i just attached this life cycle(i.e. custom_lifecycle) to document which is newly created.

but it is giving error like .lifecycle is not attaching to the particular document.

please help me out.

You mistaken that both threads are looking similar but both are different .Might be you are not read properly.

1) problem occuring while attaching lifecycle to newly created document using TBO.

i.e., i used save() method but this lifecycle is attaching to not only newly created document but also existing document what i have to do.

2)Error occured when i am attached a lifecycle to an document.

i.e lifecycle is not attached properly to the document

Check if your lifecycle types include type of your document.

Could you post here text of error please?
