iwgen in wft initialization

SandeepMadan

Hi

I am trying to run iwgen command from initialization perl module function.

command is as follows:
iwgen -t /interwoven/iwmnt/default/main/UAT/WORKAREA/MobilityKK/templatedata/Intranet/weather/presentation/weather.tpl -r /interwoven/iwmnt/default/main/UAT/WORKAREA/MobilityKK/templatedata/Intranet/weather/data/qdqdqw /test/test.html 1>&2 2>&1

this gives me the follwoing error

/test/test.html: could not create

please advise what may be the possible reason.

I am running TS 6.5 SP1 on SOLARIS 8

Regards,

/test/test.html is not a vpath, you need to specify a valid vpath for the output file.

You have several non-vpaths in the command and a questionable redirection:

iwgen -t /interwoven/iwmnt/default/main/UAT/WORKAREA/MobilityKK/templatedata/Intranet/weather/presentation/weather.tpl -r /interwoven/iwmnt/default/main/UAT/WORKAREA/MobilityKK/templatedata/Intranet/weather/data/qdqdqw /test/test.html 1>&2 2>&1

Try:

iwgen -t /default/main/UAT/WORKAREA/MobilityKK/templatedata/Intranet/weather/presentation/weather.tpl -r /default/main/UAT/WORKAREA/MobilityKK/templatedata/Intranet/weather/data/qdqdqw /default/main/UAT/WORKAREA/MobilityKK/test/test.html 2>&1

(I am assuming that this is part of a qx() or `...` command and that you are capturing the results from the redirection)
