Scope and Preset Problem(Challenging Question)

Hi Friends

   I have created a preset for  my cabinet   Location ---> CabinetName---> Folder Name

   And for my actions .xml file i have scoped to only one cabinet <scope location="/cabinetname">    </scope>

   After i used scope for the location.. Preset is not working..

    If i removed the location in the scope tag . ... Preset is working fine

    pl solve this problem... i need to use both <scope location="/cabinetname">  and Preset
