How to change the background color of top bar in Taskspace

Hi!

How to change the (blue) color of top bar where we can change the Logo (on the Configuration tab of Taskspace application).

Is there any other location to downlaod zip and pdf ? both are donwloaded but corrupted when try to open or extract.
