inconsistencies found: 1 while job run by the consistency checker

Hi All,

while consistency checker runs the job one inconsistency found i.e.,

WARNING CC-0046: dm_workflow object with r_object_id '4d0100f980000500' references non-existent sysobject with r_component_id '090100f980003394'
Rows Returned: 1

how could i resolve this any one plz..

Hi,

This can occur, if you modified group memberships (appending to users_names or to groups_names) with dql. It's not a good idea (there are other attributes to maintain in the same time), you should only do it with DFC or through DA.

You have two choices:

1. Use DA and remove the document_controller group from group 1200aaa280000501 (dump the object to know what's the group's name) if it is listed there. If not listed there, go to second choice. If you need this group as a member, then add the group once again to the group 1200aaa280000501.

2. Use API to remove the membership (only in this case, you should never use this approach in normal conditions):

dump,c,1200aaa280000501

look at groups_names attribute, and search the index of the document_controller value. Let's assume the index is 5, then issue this:

remove,c,1200aaa280000501,groups_names[5]

Check it whether the value was removed

dump,c,1200aaa280000501

If it's ok, then save it

save,c,1200aaa280000501
