Not able to record checkout operation on loadrunner.

Hi all,

I am creating script for webtop documentum. I am not able to record checkout operation. The browser does not proceed further when i click ckeckout and plugins start initializing. It goes to an error page after that.

I have included the.cor file provided by emc, set the environment variables as explained and also started the createsoursefiles service.

Please Help....
