Question... If I do the following:
1. Reverse deploy from unix box to TS windows box.
2. Submit Content in TS, and re-deploy using TS comparison.
I should not get any files deployed. Correct? Since the date will be the same? This is for doing a directory comparison deployment.
Now
3. Deploy to another server (unix) who's clock is a few second of the first server... so all of the dates are off by about 20 seconds.
Will OD re-deploy all files to the second unix box, and or does the standard comparison see that the files are actually the same, and thus not deploy to the second server.
If it re-deploys all the files what is the best way to handle this? I was thinking about taring up the contents of server A. Copy that to server B, and un-tar. Then do the re-verse deploy, but again that's a lot of files to be moving. We are talking about 20 Gigs or so of content.
I do have a 3rd server I need to move into the mix as well, but whatever solution I come up with for A&B will get me C.
Thanks
