Doing differential deployment from teamsite

We are using OD 6.0 along with TS 6.5 on Windows.
DCRs are being deployed to a schema in standalone mode. Please find the config file attached.
What we see is that everytime deployment is run, it deploys all the dcrs to database. If we use real-update=yes, then also it updates all the records. What we want is that whenever deployment is called, only those dcrs should get deployed which has changed in teamsite. Is there a way to acheive this?

How are you invoking the deployment?
You might want to look at using a file-list instead of the entire area.

We have an external task in the workflow which executes a perl script which internally executes deployment command with basearea being the STAGING area of the branch.
Everytime all the dcrs get updated. Is there not a way to deploy only the dcrs which has changed? May be some attribute in the deployment config file.

Consider doing a file-list deploy of only the dcrs attached to the workflow.

I noticed that you didn't specify "differential" as one of the options. "full" is the default if none is given.
