New form entry failing

I just upgraded my system from TS 5.5.2 to TS 6.1. everything seems to be working fine except the File -> new form entry. On clicking it , i get a list of all categories and when i choose any one of those and click on 'Next" i get the following error:

Unable to find the path. Please contact your system administrator.

Has this got sometin to do with prune-missing-files="t" attribute in templating.cfg and should i install any SP / patches to fix this problem in TS 6.1 ?

Yes to both

search the forums, 6.1 shows all forms unless you have the prune=t option.

THere was a patch to 6.0, but it was not included in 6.1, so another patch was issued.
