Forms Builder: Add a row on screen

Hi all,

Is it possible within Forms builder to have an option for a user to click a button to create a new row on a form to enter a second set of data?

e.g. They populate a row for the first case, then click a Plus sign/button a new row appears to allow them enter data for the next case.....

Have a look at the Table control with its two buttons, Insert and Delete. Quotation from FormsBuilder User Guide:

"The table feature adds a table and two buttons, Insert and Delete, to the  template. Tables allow input of multiple values for one input control. For  example, a purchase order form might ask for information about each item  requested, such as item numbers, descriptions, prices, and vendors. Each item is  assigned one row in the table, and data associated with the item is assigned one  column."
