Hi,

Can I capture dm_getfile event in a TBO so that I can send my custom email isntead of OOTB ones.

I have TBO currently running which send custom email on checkin, save, delete methods. For that I overwrote  the docheckin etc methods. Which method I have to overwrite inorder to send custom email from TBO when user turn's on read notification

Try overriding this method ..

public String getFileEx2(String fileName, String format, int pageNumber,
            String pageModifier, boolean getResource) throws DfException {

}

Use the below method if the above method doesn't get called during file fetch ..

protected boolean doCanBypassDfcForOutboundContent(final String formatName,
            final int pageNumber, final String pageModifier,
            final Object extendedArgs[]) throws DfException {
        // Makes sure that TBO is always called when getting content
        return false;

}
