I am upgrading D6 content server to 6.6, which oracle clinet version is recommended to install ?

Your client needs to be a 32-bit version, as Content Server is a 32-bit application.
Always look at release notes. Try to remain always on supported environment.
If you're on D6 SP1, Oracle 10.2.0.3 is supported, which means you can patch it up to 10.2.0.4 before upgrading.
After you have upgraded D6 to D6.6, you can leave it on 10.2.0.4 as it is supported with it as well, or you can upgrade it to 11.1.0.7. It's your choice. Of course this not applies to database itself, but if the database is on other machine, the oracle client on content server machine also should be the same version.

My Database is on 64 bit machine, then oracle client need to be 64 bit or 32 bit will also be supported ?
