Error in custom job

Hello,

I receive the following error when running my custom job in Documentum. I turned trace on, but I receive that same error in email. Is there a more in depth log I can view? Has anyone seen anything like this? I have no idea why it is happening. I have very little development experience, I am a sys admin and being asked to troubleshoot this code error. Any help would be appreciated.

In docbase "DocuProd_Rep":

Job "SterlingJOB_ConsentOrderMatch" failed to execute successfully. The message was:  "[ERROR] [LAUNCHER 3128] Detected while completing processing for job SterlingJOB_ConsentOrderMatch: FAILED:  Could not launch method st_JOB_ConsentOrderMatch:  OS error: (No Error), DM error: ()."

Actually let me add on some information here.

The way the code works is, we have documents within Documentum that need to be viewed through a VB application we have on users desktops. There is a transaction ID for each transaction in our system. We need to correlate documents to these transaction IDs, so users search for Documents on Documentum, and then inset the transaction ID's in our fulfillment system to a document in Documentum with a custom field. Then this job runs, and creates a link so that we can open the document through our custom application.

Now every time it runs it fails, but it seems like it is failing mid way through. Some documents are receiving the links, and some are not.

WHat I tried the other day was deleting any queue items that pertain to that job, and rerunning, but still it did not work.
