unknown exception when I already login into taskspace

When I log in into taskspace thrown next exception:

Failed to get navigation tabs. Please check configuration data for role:ts_designer. null

Stack Trace:

com.documentum.web.common.WrapperRuntimeException: Failed to get navigation tabs. Please check configuration data for role:ts_designer. null

Can someone suggest how to resolve it?

Here what I found in my application server log file:

com.documentum.imaging.processmanager.configuration.ConfigServiceException: Failed to get Topbar logo filepath for current application.

at com.documentum.imaging.processmanager.configuration.service.impl.TaskSpaceConfigService.getPresetsTopbarLogoFilePath(Unknown Source)

at com.documentum.webcomponent.util.imaging.TaskSpaceUtil.cacheApplicationInfo(Unknown Source)

Its look like some resources didn't find.

It looks like system couldn't find

Check configuration of your taskspace application:

- login with role 'ts_designer'

- go to the tab 'Configuration'

- and сheck the path specified in 'Top Bar Logo' field.

The path will be like: /system/Appliactions/<your_app_name>/Logo/<some picture>. Check this path.

I'am analyzing TaskSpaceConfigService class method getPresetsTopbarLogoFilePath where I recieved an exception:

So I looked this file taskspace\config\library\configuration\taskspace_app_config.xml content:

He is empty. My question is: is it my task to complete data all xml file for taskspace?

No you mustn't to fill this file. (At my server file is empty too).

My 'Top Bar Logo path' (it's read only, by the way) = '/System/Applications/...', not 'Cabinets/System/Applications/...'.

Does the file exist at the specified path?

I'am execute dql query: select * from dm_folder where any r_folder_path = '/System/Applications/TaskSpace' result is empy. I can look at this folder just in Documentum Administrator.

I think, you need to re-install Taskspace applicaton.
