Location of Temp Folder and Web services

Hi,
Due to lack of memory space , we have changed the location of Temp folders and Transfer folder to different driver. After that our webservice application became very slow.
What could be the reason?.

Slow for all webservice requests or just file transfer requests? If you switch the location back, does it improve?

I've noticed that you have several other posts that indicate that you are having may be having other server issues...primarily, slow login times. This could explain why your webservice application has slowed down as well.
