Why the generate button not generate output up to date?

The scenario is:
1. I select a output file to update;
2. I change the value of one entry.
Then, save and generate. But the generated output not change. But later I try generate once more, it changed.
The generate function is not trigger on each click? It has cache?
Help me, Thanks!

This could possibly be IIS Caching. Search the Devnet for IIS Caching and you should find a bunch of results.
