Compatability issues between TS 6.5 and NAV 9/10

I'm sure quite a few of you have run into this same problem....

A while ago we experienced some compatability issues between TS 6.1 and NAV9. With the release of TS 6.5, I was wondering if these issues persist, or if they have been resolved. Also, does NAV 10 have the same problems?
