First, pardon me, total MT n00b

I am getting the following error when trying to include the filePath.pl (out of the box) processor to work (I have made *zero* changes to the perl code).
In my mtserver_9095.log i have these entries:
1141828620 lvl2 thread1: failed to execute "C:\Program Files\Interwoven\MetaTagger\conf\processors\CLT\filePath.pl" -crackedText "C:\Program Files\Interwoven\MetaTagger\conf\tmp\64416964632" -originalText "C:\Program Files\Interwoven\MetaTagger\conf\tmp\tmp_16180376"
1141828620 lvl0 thread1: [SERVER] failed to execute "C:\Program Files\Interwoven\MetaTagger\conf\processors\CLT\filePath.pl" -crackedText "C:\Program Files\Interwoven\MetaTagger\conf\tmp\64416964632" -originalText "C:\Program Files\Interwoven\MetaTagger\conf\tmp\tmp_16180376"
It just doesn't seem obvious to me what the problem is. I tried switching the order around in the "processors in use" box with no joy (same error). I tried adding dummy arguments (seeing as though the actual perl script silently ignores the arguments and just reads from STDIN), same error.
It just doesn't tell me what the error is. I'm sure I'm just doing something dumb.
Any help, guidance, whatever, would be appreciated
