I recently upgraded from 5.3 to 6.5 sp1.I am using symantec Net backup as our backup tool.the job is scheduled through Autosys.we have weekily backup happening on DEv,QA ,PTE and Prod env. QA and PTE docbase are on same Content servers and we have more than 10 Docbases there.IN DEV ,QA and Prod the Docbase startup job is working fine during backup.
But in QA the Docbases are starting up, but the job is not exiting.this is happening only after the upgrade.we tried to run the startup Job outside the backup window and it is completing fine.But during backup window the job is doing what it is supposed to do, but it is hitting th eMax run Alarm with out exiting nad we need to force complete the Job after every weekily back up schedule.
Anyone faced similar issue?Please help in troubleshooting
