SQL server tempdb

Hi,
Facing problem with MediaBin�fs SQL server tempdb Transition log. It became full and hence takes 5min to login to server itself(thro MediaBin web , Windows Client).
How to get out of this problem. We have moved tempdb to some other driver also. still the problem persist.
