Help : Urgent : Unable to retrieve physical location of the document

Hello,

I have document residing in Documentum 6.5 SP2 repository whcih has 19 versions ( current,1.19) . Unfortunately the version from 1.0 to 1.3 got deleted.

Now when I am trying to check out the current version I am getting an error meesage , "could not download content file for documen  <abcd> : Invalid handle (i_chronicle_id) for system event dm_getfile".

The same is happening when I am trying to open read only or trying to export the document.

I tried to retreive the physical path of the current as well as the previous versions but gets 'null' using API get path command.

dm_clean job is running.

Please help as I am in urgent need of a solution to this.

Not sure whether it will serve your purpose, but give this query a shot. Replace the chronicle id with the one  you want to query. This query should also pull the objects marked for deletion, if they are not already deleted by dm_clean.

select r_object_id, object_name, r_version_label, i_is_deleted from dm_sysobject(deleted) where i_chronicle_id = <I_CHRONICLE_ID>;
